We're here to support your hockey journey.
The fastest way to reach our coaching staff and support team is by email at FreezeLVL7@Gmail.com. Please include your full name, the athlete's name if applicable, and a short description of what you need. Clear subject lines help us route your note to the right coach or coordinator so you get a helpful reply on the first pass.
Response time: we answer messages Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM local time, and on weekends around scheduled ice slots. Most emails receive a reply within one business day. If you write during a camp or clinic weekend, give us an extra day as coaches are on the ice and reviewing video between sessions.
General questions about programs, schedules, and availability are welcome. Tell us which rink cluster you prefer and whether you are looking for drop ins, training blocks, or a seasonal plan. If a session you want is full, we can place you on a waitlist and let you know as soon as a spot opens.
For private lesson requests, include the athlete's age, position, top three goals, and a short note about skating and game experience. Add two or three time windows that work over the next two weeks. We will match you with a coach who fits the skill focus and share the next steps for booking and video review.
Team practice tune ups and clinic inquiries should list your team name, level, head coach contact, and the dates you are considering. Share two priorities for the session, such as breakouts under pressure, neutral zone transitions, or net front battles. We will schedule a short planning call and deliver a proposed practice plan with timing, stations, and equipment needs.
Goalie program questions go straight to our goalie lead. Let us know if you need shooters, what glove and blocker hand you use, and any current focus like post integrations or rebound control. We can add you to the film room seminar list and point you to upcoming dates with designated goalie lanes.
Directions and facilities: in your email, include which rink you plan to visit and we will share parking tips, check in location, and where parents can watch. We recommend arriving 25 minutes early for skates to allow for warm up and equipment checks. If weather looks rough, we will confirm status and any rink advisories.
Accessibility and accommodations: if an athlete needs extra time, modified drills, or help navigating the facility, please tell us in advance. We can adjust pacing, pick station locations with clear sight lines, and provide written cues. Our goal is to make training productive and comfortable for every athlete.
Payments and receipts: email us if you need a copy of a receipt, a statement for team reimbursement, or help updating a saved payment method. If you are using credits from a previous package, mention the athlete's name and the date the credit was issued so we can apply it correctly.
Rescheduling and cancelations: to move a session, reply to your confirmation email or write to FreezeLVL7@Gmail.com with the date you want to change and two alternate windows. Sessions can be moved without fee up to 24 hours in advance. Within 24 hours we do our best, but late change rules may apply based on ice and staffing.
Media, partnerships, and sponsorships: brands and local organizations can contact us to discuss clinics, equipment demos, or scholarship funds. Share your proposal, timelines, and any requirements. We prioritize partnerships that directly benefit athletes through access, education, or facility improvements.
Coaching and staff opportunities: if you are a coach with a development mindset and strong communication habits, we would like to hear from you. Send a resume or a short background, the age groups you prefer, and a few lines on your coaching approach. Video samples of you teaching on ice or explaining a drill are a plus.
Lost and found and equipment checks: if a stick, glove, or garment was left behind, email a description and the date and rink. We tag items for one week and can hold longer by request. We also offer quick skate fit and sharpening checks before select sessions; ask for the next available window.
Safety and conduct: report any injury, incident, or facility issue by email as soon as possible with names, times, and a brief account of what happened. We take safety and respect seriously and follow up on every report. When needed, we coordinate with rink management to document and resolve matters quickly.
Feedback and improvements: we welcome your notes on what worked and what could be better. Tell us which drills, cues, or formats helped the most and where you want more clarity or challenge. Your feedback shapes our planning so that each cycle is sharper, more efficient, and more valuable for the athletes we serve.
